镇江市海通化工有限公司2002年10月注册成立，有自营进出口权。公司占地面积20000M2，一期投资1000万元人民币，其中废水、废气处理设施占总投资的20%，有工业试验装置1套，工业生产装置2套。有完善的检测设备与程序，能完成原料检测/采购、中间体监测/控制、产品检验/入仓的质量管理。2004年6月全部通过国家环保、安全生产、消防验收。目前正在全面开展GB/T19001-2000(ISO9001)、GB/T24001-2004(ISO14000)、GB/T28001-2001(OHSAS18000)认证工作。
The Zhenjiang haitong chemical limited company was registed and established in October 2002.it has self-management import and export power.The Company area is 20000M2.An issue invests is 10,000,000 Yuan.The investment in the facility for processing the waste water, the waste gas account to the total investment 20%. It has install commercial test 1 set, the industrial production 2 sets,and it has the consummation check-out facility and the procedure,which can complete the quality control in raw material examination/purchase, the intermediate monitor/control, the product examination and put in storage.In June 2004, The company completely through the national environmental protection, safety in production, fire approval.At present,it is developing the GB/T19001-2000(ISO9001), GB/T24001-2004(ISO14000), GB/T28001-2001(OHSAS18000) authenticates.

The product mainly is the Frieddl-Crafts type response class, the electron luminescent material, the medicine intermediate and the dye intermediate.and it has exported European, North America, the Asian area.1,2-diphenylethane is the main product in company, which has completed the industrialization trial production in 2003.Now the productivity is 30MT/ month, and it may (4 months) form 100-200MT/ month according to the market demand in the short-term.
